2. Assign time limit to certain task
One of the main reasons why many engineering students don’t get anything done in a day is because they do not assign time limit to any particular task.
Eg : Waste too much time writing assignment and write up.
Now this is no secret, many engineering students take write up’s and assignment from their friends and copy it. But one should not spend the whole day writing write up and assignment.
So before you start copying any write up, check out how big it is. If suppose it is 4 pages long then try to finish a single page in 5 minutes. If you can achieve that you can finish the entire thing in 20 minute. So try assigning time to each task.

Work is hard. Distractions are plentiful. And time is short
4. Study while you travel
One of the best way to save study time at home is to study while your traveling back and forth to college. Now here is a simple math calculation as to why you should study or do some productive work while on your way to college.
Suppose you take 90 minutes going back and forth from your house to college. Multiplying this 90 minutes by a month or 30 days will be equal to 2700 minutes. Now 2700 minutes equals to 45 hours or approximately 2 days spent traveling in a month. So if you don’t do anything while traveling it means you waste 2 day a month in traveling itself
